Hello! I'm Leslie Penni. I believe that using a collaborative, strength-based approach with clients in a safe, nurturing environment allows for optimal healing and growth. I am passionate about working with clients to help them heal from the past, cope with the present and live a more fulfilling life. My therapeutic approach is a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), relationship oriented, psychodynamic, narrative and mindfulness based therapy. I also incorporate a mind-body approach to healing, as our thoughts, feelings, beliefs and attitudes and physical health are interconnected.
